What is the Legion Lair?
Legion Lair Lit by TCP is the new state-of-the-art esports center of Cavs Legion GC, the NBA 2K League team of the Cleveland Cavaliers. The over 2,700 square foot venue is in the Battery Park neighborhood near downtown Cleveland and features top gaming technology, full-service broadcast capabilities to produce livestream and content, as well as amenities to create a comprehensive esports and gaming experience unlike any other in Northeast Ohio.
Legion Lair Lit by TCP is open to the public for a full calendar of organized gaming competitions, tournaments and events throughout the year. What safety procedures and protocols will Legion Lair have in place when it reopens to address COVID-19?
Health and safety will be the highest priority when Legion Lair reopens. We will EXCEED the most up to date guidelines at that point for health and safety. Our organization, which includes Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, the Cleveland Cavaliers, Monsters and Canton Charge, continues to work in constant collaboration and planning with the leading local and national health authorities and organizations, as well as our local and state governmental authorities, as we prepare for the time when we can safely reopen.

Is there an age restriction to attend?
There is no age restriction for our public events unless specifically noted based on the nature of the game, tournament, or event. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book an event at the Lair?

Is food/drink allowed in?
Outside food and drink is permitted in the venue but cannot be consumed while playing at the gaming stations. Alcohol is NOT permitted.
What are the hours of operation?
The Legion Lair is a private venue, therefore hours of operation are flexible and based on each unique event.
Where can I park when at the Legion Lair?
Parking is available for free with surface lots located in the front and west side of the venue.
How many stations are there?
There are 26 gaming stations in the Lair that are PS4, Switch, Xbox One, and PC ready.
Can I bring my own console/controller/etc?
Guests are permitted to bring their own consoles, controllers, and peripherals. We ask that guests do not bring individual game copies for download. If there is a specific game requested that the Lair does not have listed, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Capacity on kids/adults?
Capacity is capped at 20 gamers for a birthday party with an equal number of spectators. We can accommodate larger groups for Watch Parties and Tournaments.
“Not allowed” items list
No weapons of any kind, including pepper spray, pocket knives and/or blades of any kind.
In accordance with Ohio’s “concealed carry” law and the right for private entities to ban handguns on their premises, firearms and other weapons of any kind are strictly forbidden on the premises of Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
How early can we show up for our event?
We ask that guests show up no earlier than 30min prior to their scheduled event.

When is payment due?
Deposits are due to reserve the date. Payments are due 7 days prior to the event.
